“Form fillers still exist. This uncle charges RM5 depending on the type of form, and sometimes only RM10,” the user wrote.

“Anyone who is unsure or confused about how to fill out forms can seek help from him.”

The post included a photo of the man seated at a small desk, assisting members of the public with what appeared to be government-related documentation.
